The purchase of these plans authorizes the Purchaser to build the home one time only. All other copyrights are retained by the designer.
Room dimensions shown in marketing materials have been rounded and may differ slightly from the construction documents for the same house.
Primary square footage notations refer to heated areas only. Non-conditioned spaces such as garages and porches are listed separately.
Plumbing, electrical, or structural engineering plans are not included. On occasions where these are needed, these should be obtained from a local professional to insure area specific requirements have been met.

About This Plan

This Cottage house plan features a lovely lodge design exterior with massive curb appeal. The façade is comprised of rustic charm and character outlined with warm woods, stone pillars, a stone exterior chimney and an extended front covered porch, perfect for greeting family and friends into the home’s interior. There are approximately 1,710 square feet of living space in the two storied home that includes three bedrooms and three baths. Ideally suited for a narrow lot, whether situated on a lakefront or mountain property lot, the home features a 26’ width dimension. There is a detached two car garage with approximately 624 square feet of space and attractive exterior features that mirror the home’s façade. The front covered porch provides access into the home’s interior where there is an elongated hallway and second story staircase.
