What's Included in these plans?

The purchase of these plans authorizes the Purchaser to build the home one time only. All other copyrights are retained by the designer.
Room dimensions shown in marketing materials have been rounded and may differ slightly from the construction documents for the same house.
Primary square footage notations refer to heated areas only. Non-conditioned spaces such as garages and porches are listed separately.
Plumbing, electrical, or structural engineering plans are not included. On occasions where these are needed, these should be obtained from a local professional to insure area specific requirements have been met.
This plan is designed based on typical standard building codes in general effect when the plans were prepared. Building codes and code enforcement can vary widely from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. About This Plan

A widely expansive exterior features Lodge inspired elements that perfectly capture the mood and feel of rustic living. There are an abundance of log framing features, a wraparound stone perimeter and wonderful window views highlighting the exterior of the home. The Log Cabin house design features an equally stunning and uniquely designed interior which offers approximately 2,694 square feet of living space that is comprised of an open concept layout, three bedrooms and two plus baths. The front covered porch leads into the home’s foyer which then extends into the open floor plan. There is a large dining room trimmed with columned beams and a huge great room lies just beyond. The great room measures 22’x24’, features a handsome fireplace, has French doors to the rear terrace and is perfectly suited for entertaining.
