This rustic charmer features a striking exterior façade and an efficient interior layout with approximately 2,885 square feet of living space. Ideal for a lakefront or mountain property lot, the façade is highlighted with stonework across the pillars, on the chimney and along the perimeter. Additionally, warm wood tones, double front covered porches and decorative overhead gables blend beautifully and contribute to the attractive exterior. There is a main living floor, a basement foundation and a two car garage which features additional vehicle and storage space. The interior of the home showcases an open floor plan, three bedrooms and three plus baths. Ten foot ceiling heights dominate the main floor and there are nine foot ceiling heights located in the basement level.
