FLOOR PLANS

About This Plan

This charming Cape Cod home design features a striking exterior full of light and balanced composition with its double window dormers, multiple window elements and a front covered porch with columned beams. The single story home is highlighted with approximately 2,241 square feet of usable living space and there is an unfinished basement foundation for future expansion options. There is an open concept layout within the home’s interior and a split bedroom plan that features four bedrooms and two plus baths. Walking into the home’s main entrance there is an entry foyer before stepping into the great room with soaring ceiling heights and a double sided centrally located fireplace.
