What's Included in these plans?

Exterior elevations: show the front, rear, and sides of the house to scale from a straight on perspective.
Detailed floor plans: show the placement and sizes of interior walls, rooms, doors, windows, and similar elements for each level of the house.
Foundation plans: include all necessary notations and dimensions to create the foundation of the house. If the plan you choose doesn't have the type of foundation you desire, we will create one for you at a reasonable fee.
Upper floor framing plans are included with two story homes or homes with lofts.
The roofing plan gives the layout of rafters, dormers, gables, and other roof elements, such as skylights.

About This Plan

This Log Cabin house design brings the outdoors in allowing for a comprehensive “Mother Nature” vibe to the layout. Interlocking rough hewn logs form the timber frame while the unique front gable end resembles a barn pitching door resulting in the ultimate in Log cabin assembly. A simple gable roofline, stone chimney accent and decorative accents inside the gables lend practical and aesthetically pleasing design features to the home. The home’s interior is approximately 1,040 square feet of living space which incorporates one bedroom, one bath and a second story loft into the home’s drawings. The front porch features a step-up platform which provides expansive entertaining options and space delineation between the exterior and interior of the home. Ideally designed as a vacation home or small family home, the 24’ width and 38’ depth dimensions allow for a small or narrow lot to be utilized. Beyond the front porch is the double door entrance into the home where open concept living and dining spaces are revealed.
