About This Plan

This darling Modern Farmhouse plan wows with its approximate 1,257 square foot layout and charming farmhouse exterior. The compact design packs a punch with its open layout and decorative ceilings. The exterior draws immediate attention to the front covered porch nearly spanning the width of the home.
