This lodge inspired Mountain house plan features a detailed exterior with abundant organic and natural design elements as well as extravagant outdoor space. Stonework, warm woods, overhead trimmed gables and covered porches and open decks outline the exterior of the home and provide plenty of space for family fun, entertaining possibilities and quiet spots to enjoy the great outdoors. The interior floor plan offers approximately 2,885 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two plus baths and a finished basement foundation. The main floor of living is accessed from the front covered porch where the open floor plan is revealed. There is a great room with amazing space, a warming fireplace and a rear wall of windows alongwide an exit/entry point onto the rear covered porch. Adjacent to the rear porch is an elongated deck with private French door access into the main level master suite. Open to the great room is the grand kitchen and dining room; the dining room is quite spacious and features a three panel window wall. The kitchen showcases a center island with additional seating options, a huge food storage pantry on the back wall and plenty of counter and cabinet space. Travelling the hallway to the master suite is a powder room for guests, the laundry room, a closet and a mudroom with a small exterior porch making this space perfect for maintaining a tidy home environment.
