What's Included in these plans?

  • The purchase of these plans authorizes the Purchaser to build the home one time only.  All other copyrights are retained by the designer.
  • Room dimensions shown in marketing materials have been rounded and may differ slightly from the construction documents for the same house.
  • Primary square footage notations refer to heated areas only.  Non-conditioned spaces such as garages and porches are listed separately.
  • Plumbing, electrical, or structural engineering plans are not included.  On occasions where these are needed, these should be obtained from a local professional to insure area specific requirements have been met.
  • This plan is designed based on typical standard building codes in general effect when the plans were prepared.  Building codes and code enforcement can vary widely from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.  It is important for you to have these plans reviewed by a licensed general contractor and/or a residential design professional prior to construction to effect compliance to/with your local regulations.

About This Plan

This rustic house plan containing approximately 2,720 square feet of living space creates a symbiotic relationship between form and function. The exterior façade of the home features compelling architectural design features such as a wide range of window dormers, stacked stone and wooden beam supports and a sprawling main level culminating in outstanding outdoor space. The lodge inspired exterior continues onto the interior floor plan where rustic elements are further enhanced in the three bedroom, two plus bath double level home. The home’s drawings include a detached two car garage which includes plenty of vehicle and other storage gear space. The spacious foyer and wide open main living areas draws the eye inward and reveals amazing interior space. An enormous center breakfast island anchors the space and there is plenty of additional rear wall counter and cabinet space. The adjoining breakfast room and dining room are both sun drenched with an entire wall of windows attached. The great room features a warming fireplace and double points of access onto the outdoor space. The outdoor living room receives warmth from the adjoining fireplace for those chilly nights and mornings and the space, measuring 18’x27’ is attractively designed.
