About This Plan

This attractive Mountain House Plan features a sturdy exterior with a stacked stone chimney, stone pillars and a front stone wall and gable. Warm woods surround the remainder of the home including atop the stone pillars, on the exterior walls and exposed rafters along with an overhead shed dormer for the ultimate in warmth and comfort. The wraparound porch mimics the wood, the exposed rafters, the stacked stone and the tapered beams around the side of the home and ends at the far side of the rear covered porch. This gorgeous exterior is completed by the addition of the optional two car detached garage; excellent space for vehicle and storage. Approximately 2,000 square feet of living space is found in the interior with three bedrooms and two plus baths.

The main living floor houses the owner’s suite, complete with a sizable bedroom with a center ridge beam, vaulted ceilings and access to the en suite bath and large walk-in closet. The elegant, attached bath features dual vanities, a freestanding tub, separate shower, and an enclosed toilet room. There is a half bath on the main floor for guests as well as a mudroom with exterior door access and a bench and hanging hooks for winter/outer gear.
