About This Plan

This sophisticated French Country single story house plan is reminiscent of homes that dot the landscape of European cities and townships. The elegant exterior is comprised of differing hues of brick and stone work, a turret inspired wall feature and interesting rooflines. The front covered entrance features a walkway, paved staircase and a covered porch that frames the house beautifully while offering an inviting space in which to enter the home. The interior floor plan is every bit as inspiring as the exterior featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms in approximately 2,679 square feet of space. The Ranch home showcases an abundance of wide open entertaining spaces and plenty of private family spaces. The dramatic foyer is spacious with side points further enhancing the space and offering access into the formal dining room and study.
