About This Plan

This Contemporary house plan delivers a cool, modern exterior comprised of straight lines, accented materials, and a wide variety of windows ranging in size and shape. The three-car garage is split on opposite ends of the home with two bays on the right side offering a courtyard entry and one bay on the left as a front entry. Each of the garages offers entry into the interior, with the two-car garage entering in the mudroom with access to the laundry room. The rear of the home details a 72-foot wide outdoor living area complete with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, and a covered lanai. This space is ideal for those who love to entertain large parties all year round.

Entrance into the two-story home is granted through double doors into the foyer revealing the open floor plan. The great room details exposed beams, a fancy fireplace, and sliding door access to the rear patio.
