About This Plan

An open floor layout and split bedroom plan highlight the interior of this Southern house design. There are approximately 2,191 square feet of usable living space within the home’s interior that include four bedrooms and two bathrooms in a single story. The ranch styled home features an attractive exterior which features a large amount of outdoor space and beautiful architectural design features. The expansive front covered porch is perfect for relaxing and greeting family and guests. The L-shaped porch is highlighted with open railing, columned beams and a centrally located entrance. An overhead window dormer enhances the charm of the home and the two car side loading garage keeps the sight lines uninterrupted. The front covered porch wraps around the dining room extension which is flooded with sunlight, boasts of 15’ ceiling heights and is directly accessible from the foyer. The opposite side of the foyer has French door access into the study which is highlighted with 12’ ceiling heights.
