About This Plan

A traditional house design that features European architectural elements has enormous curb appeal and a warm exterior. The influence of European styling is displayed in the wooden shutters that flank the arched windows, the stone work, beautifully detailed gables and the grand entrance that all contribute to the attractive exterior façade. There is an offset covered porch directly adjacent to the covered entrance that provides cover and shade for relaxing and greeting family and friends. The dramatic interior floor plan features approximately 3,484 square feet of usable living space in a single story. Four bedrooms, three plus baths are highlighted in the home along with open common rooms well suited for family living. Double door entrance into the home features an extended foyer which is open to the lovely formal dining room and grand room. The grand room is warm and comfortable featuring coffered ceilings, a handsome fireplace and built-in cabinetry for displaying family treasures. The rear family rooms feature wide open spaces for family and intimate friends to gather and relax, prepare meals and watch movies. An enormous kitchen is highlighted with a large center island/breakfast bar; perfect for snacking and prep/work space, along with a walk-in pantry and a myriad of counter and cabinet options. There is an adjoining breakfast room which is airy and bright and a keeping room with warming fireplace, coffered ceilings and access to the deck. The deck/patio space features an outdoor fireplace where roasting marshmallows and snuggling up on chilly fall evenings will be an enjoyable pastime. A huge laundry room is conveniently situated close to the three car garage; two bays are side loading while one is straight ahead making it perfect for golf cart storage or the like, if needed.
The split bedroom plan features privacy for the master suite which occupies one wing of the home. Once again, gorgeous coffered ceilings line the master bedroom ceiling and the cozy sitting room is encapsulated in a large bayed window. The en suite bath is accessed through French doors where there are dual vanities and toilets, a separate shower, linen closet and there is a grand Roman spa tub. The oversized walk-in closet has an enormous amount of space for clothing, shoes and assorted accessories. Three bedrooms are proximately located on the opposite side of the home; bedroom two features good floor space, plentiful closet space and a private bath. Bedroom three features a walk-in closet and both bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom with double vanities. This is a family friendly Ranch style home featuring an outstanding layout, a beautiful exterior and the drawings include a slab foundation or unfinished basement for future expansion options.
