    each house plan set includes the site plan of the original build location for reference only. The roof plan is depicted on this sheet, along with pertinent building areas and original design criteria.
  • Floor Plan(s)
    In general, each house plan set includes floor plans at 1/4" scale with a door and window schedule. Floor plans are typically drawn with 6" exterior walls, but sometimes 8”. Be sure to verify
  • Exterior Elevations
    In general, each house plan set includes all applicable front, sides and rear elevations, as well as any special exterior details.
  • Building sections
    In general, each house plan set includes 4 to 7 building sections showing all wall, ceiling and floor framing along with plate elevations. Interior elevations may be depicted in the section background.
  • Details

    -Crawlspace: Crawlspace is the most typical foundation which includes an accessible space with limited headroom, typically between the soil and the bottom of the first floor of a home. 
    -Slab: a few of our plans reflect a "raised slab" which consists of a stemwall perimeter filled with compacted fill and a reinforced slab poured on top. No accessible space exists underneath slab construction.

    In general, each house plan set includes roof framing, as well as upper floor framing for two story plans.
  • Electrical Plan with electrical symbols legend
    In general, each house plan set includes an electrical plan which will show the locations of lights, receptacles, switches, etc. Some plans do not include this sheet, please verify.

About This Plan

Rustic charm, panoramic window views and warm interior elements are found in this Mountain house plan. The front façade highlights warm decorative wood and stone accents along with varying rooflines and a beautiful covered entrance into the home. Substantial stone pillars add a sturdy feature to the overhead wood open gabled beams before entering the home. There is a three car courtyard entry garage which is perfect for a large family and maintains the design integrity of the exterior façade. The rear of the home is made for picturesque viewing from either the interior or exterior of the home. Expansive window views span the exterior of the home and the outdoor living areas are ideal for enjoying the gifts of “Mother Nature.” A sense of calm and peace will certainly be yours upon your return from hiking, fishing or numerous other outdoor activities as your home comes into view. Along with the lovely exterior, the interior features an amazing amount of interior space designed for entertaining and spectacular family living. There are approximately 3,959 square feet of living space in the home’s interior which includes three-to-four bedrooms and four plus bathrooms in two stories. The main living floor is highlighted with an impressive foyer which spills over into the massive great room which is highlighted with a handsome fireplace, built-in cabinetry and loads of window views leading to the outdoor space.
