This Ranch house plan situated on a finished basement foundation is perfect for a mountain, lake or challenging property lot. The beautiful exterior is highlighted with a low maintenance brick exterior, a courtyard garage entry, an overhead shed dormer and a front covered porch with stone pavers. The interior floor plan features approximately 3,787 square feet of living space and is accentuated with large well-laid out rooms for entertaining and private family spaces. There are four-to-five bedrooms, four plus baths and an open concept layout within the home’s interior. The courtyard entry garage houses three vehicles comfortably and features a secondary entrance into the home.
