What's not included: House plans do not typically include mechanical, plumbing, or truss drawings. Additionally, some jurisdictions require a local architect or engineer to make adjustments to the plan to comply with local building codes. We advise you to check with your local building department regarding codes. For more information, visit the What's Included in Our Plans page.
This spectacular Early American house plan integrates an attractive exterior façade with a vast interior floor plan resulting in a luxuriously appointed executive home. Multiple roof lines with gabled dormers, stacked stone accents and a wrap around front covered porch highlighted with columned beams accentuate the exterior beautifully. A sizable interior floor plan accommodates in excess of 4,000 square feet of living space which incorporates four bedrooms and four plus bathrooms into the two-story home.
Double door entry secures the grand entrance into the home which provides an extended foyer and houses the staircase to the second story. There is French door access into the study with great front windows and an exit onto the wrap around porch. The formal dining room features column detailing and opens onto the living room across the gallery hall. The living room is quite spacious with a handsome fireplace, vaulted ceiling heights and a rear wall of windows overlooking the screened in porch. The state-of-the-art kitchen is highlighted by a large center cooktop island, a separate walk-in pantry and opens onto the cozy breakfast room. The breakfast room is showcased with a gently bowed window wall providing plenty of natural light and the covered porch is accessible through this space. The warm, inviting vaulted keeping room is situated between the two rear outdoor spaces; a warming fireplace is situated along the rear wall making this the perfect spot to cozy up and watch a family movie, play a board game or assist the children with their homework. A large laundry room, powder room for guests and additional side porch are conveniently located off the garage. The two car side entry garage can be easily converted into a three-car garage allowing for plenty of vehicle and storage space.
The main level also houses the master suite, which is privately situated on the opposite side of the home and features an enormous bedroom with a second bowed window wall and access to a private porch. French door access into the master bathroom divulges an elegantly designed room complete with dual vanities, a separate walk-in shower, a step-up garden tub, and an oversized walk-in closet.
Double staircases provide access to the second floor of the home where the extended hallway overlooks onto the foyer and main living space below. There are three oversized bedroom suites along with a generously sized loft space, which could be utilized as a teenage lounge or a playroom. Each suite enjoys a large footprint with a private bathroom and plentiful closet space. The terrace level of the home features a massive amount of entertaining and family relaxing space. A billiard room with a walk-in wet bar and an expansive television alcove are “front and center” in the space and there is a half bathroom available. Optional bedroom, bathroom and closet space are featured along with additional expandable space. Double covered patio spaces line the exterior and a display garage with a viewing area is a unique design feature of the home. Mechanical space and a concrete vault room complete the home’s design. This expansive Early American house plan offers a striking exterior and an interior floor plan that encompasses a luxurious design package in every sense of the word.
