  • Code Compliance: This plan is drawn to meet the International Residential Code. Many states and counties amend the codes to adapt to their area. Consult your local building officials to determine the plan, code and site requirements.
  • Heated and Cooled Square Footage calculations are made from outside the exterior frame wall and do not include decks, porches, garages, basements, attics, fireplaces, etc. We include two story and vaulted areas only once in the calculations of the first floor. Stairs are counted once. Balconies and open walkways in two-story and vaulted areas are included in the square footage of the second floor.

About This Plan

This versatile Craftsman style home is superbly suited for either rural or urban living with its outstanding exterior façade and width and depth dimensions commissioned for a small or narrow lot. The exterior is comprised of cedar shake along the window gable and top third of the home; board and batten along with stacked stone are accompanying features on the remaining two-thirds of the home. Exposed rafters dot the exterior and there is a beautifully designed front covered porch highlighted with double wooden beams atop stacked stone supports that lend character and charm to the façade. An interior floor plan featuring approximately 1,379 square feet of usable space contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the 1.5 storied home.
