About This Plan

This European one and a half story home is stunning and offers luxury at a modest price point. The exterior is stucco and cut stone accentuated with multi-level trim and copper roof returns. The dramatic foyer rises to 18’ and opens into the large dining room with a 4” raised floor surrounded by decorative columns. The great room is massive and contains a fireplace anchored between two sets of French doors leading to the rear deck. The breakfast area is sunny and bright with triple windows and the kitchen is highlighted by skylights and offers a breakfast bar, a separate pantry and plenty of cabinet and additional counter space. There is a large laundry room and powder room along with a two car garage situated on one side of the home while the master suite is located on the opposite side. The master suite vaults to 12’ and has a 6’ Palladian window in the bedroom and offers plenty of sunshine and space.
