This two-to-three bedroom Cottage house design features an attractive exterior and spacious interior floor plan. The exterior of the home is highlighted with rustic lodge design elements, overhead window dormers and an extended front covered porch. Warm woods, large stone pillars and wood beam detailing offer an inviting and welcoming front entrance for guests and family alike. The interior floor plan features approximately 2,030 square feet of living space, two-to-three bedrooms and two plus baths in 1.5 stories. The open floor plan is revealed once you step into the home off the front porch with views from front to the rear of the floor plan. There is an entry foyer and guest powder room before accessing the common rooms. The kitchen is highlighted with plentiful counter space that includes a peninsula bar for additional seating and there is a separate pantry. The laundry nook is located directly off the kitchen and is enclosed for noise control. Situated between the kitchen and great room is the dining space which is comfortably sized for family and guest meals. The great room is quite large and features a rear wall warming fireplace with sliders onto the rear covered porch. The covered porch spans the width of the home and features an outdoor fireplace for those chilly mountain mornings and evenings. A large closet is situated under the second floor staircase for additional storage space. A detached two car garage features good vehicle space and offers similar exterior detailing.
There are two large bedrooms located on either side of the common rooms; bedroom two measures 13’ x 15’ with sliders onto the rear outdoor space. There is a triple side window wall as well and plentiful closet space. The private bath offers dual sinks and a compartmentalized toilet area and tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is slightly larger, measuring 13’ x 17’ and also has sliders onto the rear covered porch. There is an attached walk-in closet and the private bath features double vanities, a toilet area and a large shower. The upstairs area contains a huge loft area with a two window gable view and overviews onto the great room below. There is an adjacent bunk room with sleeping room for overnight guests and grandchildren. The second story bathroom features generous floor space, an oversized vanity, toilet area and a large shower. This lodge inspired Cottage is highlighted with an attractive exterior, a large open floor plan and double master suites along with a loft and bunk space.
