The purchase of these plans authorizes the Purchaser to build the home one time only. All other copyrights are retained by the designer.

About This Plan

This Lodge inspired rustic home desires a mountaintop property lot with its inspiring exterior features that include an enormous screened porch. This outdoor space measures in excess of 24’x19’ and would make an excellent secondary living room and the warming fireplace certainly guarantees its use as a three season, if not four season, living space. Imagine a long day of hiking, hunting or fishing and then trekking back home to relax in this space.
