About This Plan

This Modern Farmhouse plan is a simple design yet, comfortable for today’s family. Exposed rafters, an overhead gable and board and batten siding lend a casual Farmhouse feel to the exterior while the symmetrical placement of the windows and doors add balance and structure to the home. A wide expanded front covered porch with a matching perimeter skirt completes the handsome exterior. Approximately 1,497 square feet is found in the home’s interior which offers three bedrooms and two baths. There is also additional space upstairs in the loft; if finished, 334 square feet are added to the floor plan.

Walking into this Exclusive home’s interior from the front porch reveals a large family room, dining space and the kitchen. The family room offers a vaulted ceiling for an air of spaciousness and the kitchen features a large center island with seating and plenty of prep and work space.
