About This Plan

This amazing Ranch style home design features an abundance of interior floor space and an attractive exterior façade. The exterior of the home is highlighted by a front covered rocking chair porch, siding and brick work and a simple gabled roof. There are approximately 1,562 square feet of living space in the single story home; however, the home’s drawings include a basement foundation which would substantially increase the home’s square footage and versatility. Additionally, there is a two car garage that features plenty of vehicle and storage room 461 square feet.
