About This Plan

Approximately 882 square feet of living space grace this Country house plan which contains two bedrooms and one bath. Optional floor plan foundations include a slab, crawl space or a basement foundation which would add additional square footage and value to the home. The house is ideally suited for a narrow or small lot due to its 26’ width and 40’ depth. The attractive exterior façade features a double window dormer, barrel arched front covered porch and French door access into the home. The interior floor plan features an open concept design and the bedrooms are situated at the rear of the home for privacy. The spacious foyer contains a coat closet for guests and family and fans out either down the bedroom hallway or into the main living areas. There is a vaulted living room with double window views and the adjacent dining space features a triple bay window for enhanced natural light into the home.
