About This Plan

This stylish Cottage exterior features a double window dormer, horizontal siding, a window box and a front covered porch highlighted with a vaulted archway and columned beams. The interior floor plan consists of approximately 882 square feet of living space that includes two bedrooms and one bath in a single floor. The home is perfectly suited for a narrow and/or small lot with its respective 26’width and 40’ depth property lot dimensions and the home’s drawings include a slab, crawl space or unfinished basement foundation; the latter, of course, being the option for ultimate expansion possibilities.
