FLOOR PLANS

About This Plan

This attractive single story home has massive curb appeal with its triple window dormer, front covered porch and brick front exterior. There are approximately 1,599 square feet of living space in the four bedroom, two plus bath floor plan. The home’s drawings are on a basement foundation which features an additional 1,565 square feet of space; a great option for future expansion possibilities. The two car, front loading garage has another 433 square feet of space and additional storage room. Entrance into the home is off the front covered porch into the spacious foyer which houses the lower level staircase and opens onto the main living areas.
