About This Plan

This spacious Exclusive Modern Farmhouse displays a warm and comforting exterior and an interior floor plan suitable for gracious living and entertaining. The exterior features board and batten, a plethora of window views and multiple gables along with an extended covered front porch and double door entry into the home. The interior floor plan offers in excess of 3,000 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and three plus baths. An optional overhead bonus room provides an additional 605 square feet of living space if completed; plenty for a fifth bedroom and an added bathroom. The three car side entry garage is situated at the rear of the home for unobstructed views onto the front of the home.

Entry into the foyer focuses on the open floor plan where there are three vaulted rooms; the dining, family room and kitchen. The kitchen features a large center island and an adjacent pantry which is oversized. The dining room has sliders onto the rear covered porch where there is an abundance of space to entertain, dine al fresco or just “hang out.” The family room has a warming fireplace, built-in cabinetry and a window of walls overlooking the rear porch. There is also a private office off the space for a home office, a study or homework station/playroom for the children.

The split bedroom plan captures a private owner’s suite of rooms; the primary bedroom offers coffered ceilings, an enormous walk-in closet and an ensuite bath with luxurious amenities. There is a half bath, laundry room and mudroom as well located on this wing of the house. The three remaining bedrooms are found on the opposite side of the home; each is spacious and features window views. The second bedroom offers a private bath while bedrooms three and four share a jack and jill bath. This is a perfect plan to raise a family with its large layout and beautiful exterior.
