About This Plan

This marvelous Modern Farmhouse plan is an exclusive treat, only available at America’s Best House Plans. Complete with approximately 2,801 square feet of living space, this darling home features four bedrooms and three-plus bathrooms in a single-story layout. The remarkable exterior details classic farmhouse elements including board and batten siding, gorgeous window panels, dormers, and a welcoming covered porch spacious enough for sitting and decorating. The rear porch is also covered with a 10-foot ceiling height and measures approximately 43-feet in width and 12-feet in depth. With space like this, you’ll be able to enjoy lounging outdoors under covered protection, grilling, and dining. Finishing off the gorgeous exterior is the side-entry garage. Inside the garage details two windows, a pedestrian door, and entrance into the mudroom where you can easily hang up your coats, shoes, and keys before entering the main area of the house.
