About This Plan

Gorgeous stonework, wooden shutters and a multi-tiered hip roof frame this Ranch house plan beautifully. There is also a recessed entrance highlighted with an arched opening that provides entry into the home’s interior where there are approximately 2,065 square feet of living space. The spacious foyer is open to the formal dining room and subsequent living area; both rooms offer generous space in which to entertain and relax with great window views as well. The open kitchen offers a breakfast bar for casual dining and there is plentiful work space and a walk-in pantry. The breakfast room is directly connected to the kitchen and features outdoor access.
