About This Plan

Traditional design features and a fabulous family layout are found in this beautiful house plan that offers practical spaces for family members and easily accessible spaces for outdoor entertaining. The exterior is highlighted with comfortable and inviting architectural elements which gives the home beautiful curb appeal and an alluring presence. There is horizontal siding, cedar shakes and an endlessly varied series of window views. Beautiful stone work is featured on the front covered porch and accented around the perimeter of the house as well as the stone pillars which support the warm column beams. There is a nice courtyard entry garage into the home which features a double and single bay for three vehicles and plenty of storage space. The interior of the home features approximately 3,618 square feet of living space with four-five bedrooms, two plus baths and an open floor plan with casual and formal living and dining spaces. The main entrance leads to the front foyer where there are double access points onto either the den/office space or the more formal rooms of the home.
