This Traditional house plan features a lovely exterior and an interior floor plan that is functional, versatile and offers alternate plan features. The façade of the home is welcoming and comfortable with a variety of exterior design materials that offer attractive curb appeal. There are overhead dormers, stone and brick work and multiple gables with wide eaves. The front covered porch is expansive with open railing, substantial columned beams and plenty of space for relaxing and greeting family and friends. There are approximately 1,991 square feet of living space within the home’s interior that includes four bedrooms and two plus baths. The 1.5 storied home offers an open layout with a split bedroom plan and there are optional laundry and bath choices in addition to an alternative second story design.
