About This Plan

This beautifully designed Modern House Plan is perfect for a narrow lot whether located in the rolling mountain hills, a serene lakefront property or urban dwelling. Clean exterior lines and a multitude of window views accent the modern look of the home along with the iron railing on the outdoor space. Sturdy stone pillars support wood beams at the front and sides of the home and the perimeter stone skirt ties it all together. Wood beam features are added along the exterior of the home adding architectural interest and warming touches.

The entry level for the home includes a two car front loading garage and an adjacent front covered porch; both access points lead to a lower level bedroom with closet space and a full bath. There is also good storage space on this level of the home before heading upstairs to the main living area. Rounding the staircase is the vaulted kitchen which features great counter space, a peninsula breakfast bar and a separate pantry. A centrally located beam adds detail and separation to the family room which is vaulted as well with accompanying window views and there is access onto the nearby balcony from the great room. There are two bedrooms on this level; both spacious with ample closet space and there is a nearby bath which features good vanity space, a toilet area, a tub/shower combination and laundry access. The top level of the plan contains an artist’s loft with sloped walls and room for all manner of uses; a true art loft, sleeping quarters for the children or grandchildren, a study or just a spot to perch to enjoy beautiful views.
