About This Plan

Amazing outdoor space is highlighted all along the exterior of this Country house plan. Almost a complete wraparound porch offers great entertaining space for family and friends or just a relaxing space for napping, stargazing, or spending a lazy Saturday afternoon reading a novel. Metal roofing adds to the allure of the exterior and there are multiple window views along with a multitude of beamed columns adorning the exterior for that homey country feel to the plan. At the rear of the home is the spacious two car garage and double storage rooms; one of which could function as a golf cart space or lawn and garden equipment storage.


The interior of the home is highlighted with approximately 1,768 square feet of living space comprised of three bedrooms and two baths on one level of living.
