  • Room dimensions shown in marketing materials have been rounded and may differ slightly from the construction documents for the same house.
  • Primary square footage notations refer to heated areas only.  Non-conditioned spaces such as garages and porches are listed separately.
  • Plumbing, electrical, or structural engineering plans are not included.  On occasions where these are needed, these should be obtained from a local professional to insure area specific requirements have been met.

About This Plan

This Rustic Mountain house design caters to a specific lifestyle that is rich in theme; a casual life lived in harmony with “Mother Nature.” A simple, yet stylistic way of living is enhanced with rugged exterior features that include wood siding, a gabled window dormer and an expansive front covered porch highlighted with wood beams and a stacked stone foundation. The single story home is designed for casual living and would make an ideal vacation home or “forever” home for a small family or couple. The interior floor plan boasts of approximately 1,176 square feet of usable living space, double bedroom suites and an open layout designed for comfort and entertaining. Great window views in each room of the house provide exceptional views of the mountain top property lot this home commands. In addition to the window views, there are two spacious porch areas, the front covered porch and the rear screened in porch; both these spaces are vitally important to maintaining the casual lifestyle and provide an abundance of space in which to enjoy nature, star gaze or contemplate the day’s agenda. Walking into the home from the front porch is extended living and dining space with views clear to the rear of the home. There is a galley style kitchen with a breakfast bar, double sink window views and a 16’x15’ great room featuring a double sided fireplace.
