    About This Plan

This highly attractive Country house plan is sure to please with its brilliant stacked brick exterior combined with traditional farmhouse board and batten siding and topped with a bit of timber rustic appeal. The covered porch features a vaulted opening with an 8-foot deep side-section to create a welcoming impression with porch decor. As you journey around to the rear of the home, you’ll notice the two-car garage. This side-entry garage offers plenty of space for vehicles and storage with a pedestrian door and window views. As you make your way to the rear of the home, the large outdoor space details a dynamic place for entertaining in all kinds of weather. It’s split into two sections. The larger section offers a vaulted ceiling and is perfect for grilling. The smaller section is still covered and has a large fireplace along one side of it that would be great for snuggling up close to on a chilly day.

The interior measures approximately 2,073 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two half baths in a single-story home. From the 10-foot ceiling foyer, notice the bank of windows on the left side brightening up the front entry and the flex room on the right that functions well as a third bedroom, guest room, or study. This room is accessed through barn doors and features a double window that looks out under the covered porch in the front of the home as well as a walk-in closet and Jack and Jill bathroom with a private vanity. Just beyond the foyer, the open floor plan is revealed. The first stop is the great room featuring a vaulted ceiling, two sliding doors accessing the rear porch, exposed faux beams, and a large fireplace that completes the rustic vibe. Each side of the great room gives you a bank of windows that looks out into the front of the home, pouring in natural light.

The kitchen and the great room are separated by a very long kitchen island that spans nearly the width of the room. This island has seating for 6 while the rest of the kitchen has loads of counter space and a large pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room. This large space gives you tons of room for entertaining and features a bank of windows that look out onto the rear of the home.
Split bedrooms, a mudroom, a laundry room, and a guest powder room complete the main floor. The master bedroom features a boxed ceiling that lends elegance and space to the room. The master bathroom gives you everything you would need to relax after a hard day of work. It features a double vanity, a free-standing tub, and a corner glass shower.
