This Small house design features a great exterior and layout for a Vacation home; conversely, the home could be utilized as a permanent residence for artists/writers, young professionals or empty-nesters. The exterior is composed of warm woods, stonework, a plethora of window panels and views as well as double entry points into the main floor of the home. A wide and attractive cantilevered roof and stone chimney add character and visual appeal to the home’s exterior. The interior floor plan is highlighted with approximately 844 square feet of living space with one bedroom, one bath and a huge open floor plan in 1.5 stories.
