What's not included: House plans do not typically include mechanical, plumbing, or truss drawings. Additionally, some jurisdictions require a local architect or engineer to make adjustments to the plan to comply with local building codes. We advise you to check with your local building department regarding codes. For more information, visit the What's Included in Our Plans page.
This luxuriously appointed Mountain Rustic house plan is highlighted with an exterior façade that effortlessly combines luxury and rustic design features. The brilliant design features large stone pillars and a commanding wood gable entry while adjoining stone feature walls and massive amounts of light-filled windows dominate the remainder of the exterior. Warm woods and wide overhead eaves add strength and character to the design while the interior floor plan reflects an equally stunning interior. There are approximately 4,268 square feet of living space located on the interior of the home featuring four-to-five bedrooms, four plus bathrooms, and an open floor plan. There is a three car courtyard entry garage with an adjoining storage room, trash removal closet, and a rear pedestrian door as well.
The front covered porch grants access into the large foyer which extends in three different directions throughout the interior. Located directly beyond the foyer is the great room which is quite spacious, houses a handsome fireplace, and built-in cabinetry along with a massive rear wall of windows. To the left of the foyer is the master suite wing which includes a beautiful bedroom with outdoor slider access, a large walk-in closet, and a gorgeous master bathroom which features separate dual vanities, a private water closet, a garden tub, and separate shower. Additionally, there is a den situated on this wing of the home; fantastic space for a home office, sitting room/lounge, or a private room for media options. On the opposite side of the home are the dining room and kitchen; the dining room sits between the great room and kitchen and features a built-in buffet/bar and slider access onto the outdoor space. The kitchen is highlighted with a huge center island with additional seating, plenty of counter and cabinet space and a large walk-in food storage pantry. Between this space and the garage is the second master suite; although slightly smaller, it is a self-contained suite with two closets and an en suite. There are a guest powder room and mud/laundry room along the hallway as well.
The upper level of the home continues the theme of luxuriously private retreats with two additional master suites; again, there is a large bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom for master suite #3 along with an outdoor deck that mirrors the depth of the bedroom. Across the bridge hall is master suite #4 that is highlighted with window views, a large closet and a private bathroom with a shower. The bonus room is adjacent to suite #4 and measures 35’ x 16’ with an option for a fifth bathroom or attic storage. This Mountain Rustic design is a homeowner’s delight with its beautiful exterior, sumptuous outdoor space and a plethora of entertaining spaces as well as private spaces.
