About This Plan

This exclusive Narrow lot house plan features unique craftsman details with cascading roof lines. The interior has a traditional layout, as the first floor is dedicated to the common areas. The open floor concept gives you a great feel for the space as the formal living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together smoothly. Natural light flows through these rooms to create a bright and airy environment. The fireplace is decorated with stacked stone pavement for a handsome appeal and is situated between the living and dining area to circulate warmth throughout the room. The kitchen has a U-shape and offers additional seating along the peninsula. There is a pantry for additional food storage, making plenty for cabinet and counter space to complete the kitchen.
