This Country house design offers a fresh approach to simple construction with its clean lines, horizontal siding, overhead dormers and wide window casements. The large front covered porch wraps nicely around one side of the exterior and there is a second smaller covered porch directly off the great room; great space for relaxing, entertaining and outdoor living. The interior of the home features approximately 2,035 square feet of usable living space that is highlighted with an open floor plan, three bedrooms and two plus baths. In addition to the main floor of the home, there is a basement foundation which provides plenty of room to expand, either straightaway or in the future with its approximate 1,884 square feet.
