FLOOR PLANS

About This Plan

Gorgeous window features define the exterior façade of this home and provide a sun soaked interior. There are also multiple gables, wide decorative eaves and a front covered entrance on the home’s exterior. Spacious and well-appointed interior rooms feature approximately 1,983 square feet of living space consisting of three bedrooms and two plus baths. The home’s drawings sit on a basement foundation which boasts of an additional 1,888 square feet of space and the amazingly large two car, side entry garage offers optional attic space atop the garage. The main living spaces and oversized rear patio are perfect for casual entertaining and include a vaulted great room with handsome fireplace, a dining space highlighted with columns and vaulted breakfast room and kitchen.
