FLOOR PLANS
This home plan includes the floor plan showing the dimensioned locations of walls, doors, and windows as well as suggested locations for light fixtures, outlets and switches.
SET OF ELEVATIONS

About This Plan

A European house design with old world charm features an attractive stone exterior and two triple window dormers. There is a front covered entrance into the home where 2,360 total square feet of living space incorporates three bedrooms and two plus baths into the floor plan. A basement foundation includes an additional 1,383 square feet of space enhancing the home’s square footage and value. The home’s drawings provide for an optional three car garage greatly increasing the storage and vehicle capabilities. There is an interior laundry room with sink area directly accessible from the garage along with a powder room for guest. The home features a tremendous amount of entertaining and family space including a formal living and dining room. The living room is expansive with vaulted ceilings and the dining room is enormous with column accents and a beautiful trey ceiling. These combination spaces would provide endless opportunities to host holiday and special family events in comfort and style. A large breakfast room anchors the rear of the home and provides outdoor patio access.
