FLOOR PLANS
This home plan includes the floor plan showing the dimensioned locations of walls, doors, and windows as well as suggested locations for light fixtures, outlets and switches.

About This Plan

Brick, siding and cedar shakes accentuate the exterior façade and blend beautifully with the front covered porch in this Ranch style home design. There are two cedar shake encased window dormers with wide eaves, a brick central exterior wall feature and a front covered porch highlighted with open railing which add visual and architectural design interest to the home. The interior floor plan incorporates three bedrooms and two bathrooms into approximately 1,740 square feet of living space. The single story home features a basement foundation which adds an additional 1,614 square feet of space, value and versatility. There is a two car, front loading garage which offers another 411 square feet of vehicle and other storage space. Entrance into the home features a greeting foyer and coat/storage closet before opening onto the vast open concept living plan. There is a spacious formal dining room which opens onto the vaulted great room, measuring in excess of 17’x19’, with a warming fireplace and picture window views overlooking the rear yard.
