About This Plan

Form and function blend beautifully in this two storied traditional floor plan. A charming exterior is highlighted with simple construction and a front covered porch while the interior floor plan features approximately 2,121 square feet on the main living floors and a basement foundation adds an additional 1,200 square feet. The home’s drawings include a crawl space and slab foundation as well. This is a large amount of living and entertaining space perfect for the family who loves to entertain and conversely values their private “down time.” The two car, front loading garage has loads of space for vehicle and other paraphernalia and conveniently leads to the interior laundry room with sink area providing a tidy environment in which to enter the home.
