    This home plan includes the floor plan showing the dimensioned locations of walls, doors, and windows as well as suggested locations for light fixtures, outlets and switches.
    This plan includes the exterior elevations (front, rear, right and left) that show and describe the finished materials of the house.
    The kitchen and bath elevations show the arrangement of each cabinet and other fixtures in the room. These drawings give basic information that can be used to create customized layouts with a cabinet manufacturer.
    Some details are included for interior and exterior conditions that require more specific information for their construction.

About This Plan

This traditional floor plan features an outstanding exterior façade and an interior floor plan consisting of two bedrooms and one plus bathroom on a single level. There are approximately 1,248 square feet of living space in the Ranch styled home and the two car, side entry garage provides an additional 392 square feet. The house drawings are for a basement foundation which mirror the square footage on the first floor and would maximize space and further enhance the home’s value. A slab foundation is included as well. The exterior façade creates a harmonious design with its mix of stonework, gables and a large country front porch highlighted by open railing and columned beams. The expansive porch leads into the home’s interior where there is a greeting foyer and the lower level staircase before opening onto the main living areas. A large vaulted living room, measuring in excess of 15’x18’, is highlighted by a corner fireplace and rear patio access. The dining space also incorporates a vaulted ceiling and rear patio access. The U-shaped kitchen features an open breakfast bar, an enormous walk-in pantry and loads of additional counter and cabinet space. There is a utility room with a sink area and a powder room for guests separated along the back wall of the kitchen which provides access to the garage.
The hallway situated on the opposite side of the home features the bedrooms and bathroom. The second bedroom is spacious with generous closet space and wonderful window views. There is a hall bathroom featuring a large vanity area, toilet, a garden tub and a hall linen closet. The master bedroom is highlighted by a spacious footprint with private access to the rear patio, an oversized master walk-in closet and private access to the shared bath. This cozy floor plan is perfect for a small family and the basement foundation provides the means and incentive for future expansion.
