About This Plan

An expansive front covered porch is a welcoming sight in this rambling Ranch home. In addition to the covered porch, plenty of country charm is evident through the use of varied roof lines, window dormers and an arch vaulted front entrance. This is a fantastic family friendly home with a split bedroom plan and open main living spaces. Three bedrooms and two baths comprise the home’s approximate 2,514 square feet and there is a walk-out basement containing additional square footage which could be configured to include a large recreation or multi-purpose room, a fourth bedroom with bath, office space and a storage room.
