    This home plan includes the floor plan showing the dimensioned locations of walls, doors, and windows as well as suggested locations for light fixtures, outlets and switches.
    This plan includes the exterior elevations (front, rear, right and left) that show and describe the finished materials of the house.
    The kitchen and bath elevations show the arrangement of each cabinet and other fixtures in the room. These drawings give basic information that can be used to create customized layouts with a cabinet manufacturer.

About This Plan

A brick front exterior and hipped roof construction combine in this six bedroom home to create timeless elegance and grandeur. The home’s square footage is in excess of 4,200 square feet and there is a basement foundation with an additional 2,125 square feet of potential living space. The home’s classic foyer with marble tiles has a two story vaulted ceiling, a dramatic second floor balcony and a view through a 6’x9’ elliptical window. Oversized and well appointed rooms dominate the first floor living spaces; the living room measures in excess of 18’x17’ while the dining room is quite spacious and boasts of a trey ceiling. The family room is centrally located at the rear of the home and features good family space to relax along with a warming fireplace and rear patio access.
