About This Plan

This beautifully designed brick exterior accentuates this distinctive two storied traditional house plan. Wide gable eaves and a front covered porch highlighted with substantial column beams bring character and charm to the home. The home’s interior floor plan includes a basement foundation which substantially increases the value and square footage of the existing 3,138 square feet of living space. This space contains four bedrooms and two plus baths along with 448 additional square feet of garage space; ideal for vehicle and other gear storage. A private study is accessible through French doors off the foyer entry which simultaneously contains a staircase and coat closet. There is a secluded dining room which is richly appointed with a triple wall of windows and a set of French doors. The family room and casual breakfast room feature a warming fireplace and bay window with rear patio access. The family friendly kitchen features a peninsula breakfast bar, oversized walk-in pantry and plenty of additional counter space. There is a large laundry room conveniently located off the two car garage and a powder room for guests. The main level master suite offers privacy and comfort for the homeowner’s pleasure; the master bedroom is expansive with a vaulted ceiling and large bayed window. French door access into the hallway features double wall lined walk-in closets and a rear master bath. There is a linen closet, compartmentalized toilet, separate shower, dual vanities and gorgeous garden tub occupying the space.
Ascending the second level staircase is an enormous loft area; this is ideal for a playroom or homework station for the children. There are three oversized bedrooms; each has window views and at least one walk-in closet. A shared hall bath features a large vanity and there is a hall linen closet as well. This large home would be perfect for a family home with its many entertaining and private family spaces along with the ability to transform the basement foundation into multi-purpose space.
