About This Plan

This beautifully designed brick exterior accentuates this distinctive two storied traditional house plan. Wide gable eaves and a front covered porch highlighted with substantial column beams bring character and charm to the home. The home’s interior floor plan includes a basement foundation which substantially increases the value and square footage of the existing 3,138 square feet of living space.
