About This Plan

This beautifully designed brick exterior accentuates this distinctive two storied traditional house plan. Wide gable eaves and a front covered porch highlighted with substantial column beams bring character and charm to the home. The home’s interior floor plan includes a basement foundation which substantially increases the value and square footage of the existing 3,138 square feet of living space. This space contains four bedrooms and two plus baths along with 448 additional square feet of garage space; ideal for vehicle and other gear storage. A private study is accessible through French doors off the foyer entry which simultaneously contains a staircase and coat closet.
