FLOOR PLANS

About This Plan

This traditional two storied home features an exciting and bold façade comprised of multiple gables, a front covered porch and a brick and siding exterior. The home is ideally suited for a narrow lot with its 38’ plus width and yet, it features a spacious interior floor plan. The floor plan features approximately 1,575 total square feet of living space which contains three bedrooms and two plus bathrooms. The home’s drawings are on a basement foundation that features an additional 802 square feet of space; a crawl space and slab foundation are also included. There is a two car garage with 393 square feet of space that incorporates plenty of vehicle and other gear storage. Entrance into the home is off the front covered porch into the greeting foyer that houses a coat closet, second story staircase and opens onto the large living room. The living room is spacious and features a handsome fireplace before opening onto the formal dining room with a striking bay window feature. The gourmet kitchen is highlighted with a center island breakfast bar, a separate pantry, corner sink window views and an abundance of additional counter and cabinet space.
