FLOOR PLANS

About This Plan

The open concept and split bedroom plan are highlighted in this attractive Ranch styled home. Four bedrooms and two baths are featured in approximately 1,882 square feet of living space. The home’s drawings are centered on a basement foundation which would substantially increase the square footage of the home; however, the drawings also include a slab and crawl space foundation. There is a two car, side entry garage that adds an additional 444 square feet of vehicle and storage space. A handsome exterior façade is highlighted by brick, multiple gables and Palladian style window features. Entrance into the home is through the foyer which houses the lower level staircase and a convenient coat closet sits on the other side of the staircase. The open concept design features a large great room with warming fireplace and built-in cabinetry while the dining space has great window views and rear patio access. The beautiful kitchen features an oversized breakfast bar, a separate pantry and loads of additional counter and cabinet space. There is an interior laundry room with sink area located off the garage for ease and convenience.
