About This Plan

Remarkable in the daylight and stunning in the evening, this Ranch house plan raves awesome curb appeal. Its mix of board and batten siding with slate tiles create a wonderful exterior. The covered patio in the rear of the home makes for a lovely entertaining area. The interior layout measures approximately 2,594 square feet with two-four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the five-car garage adding 1,517 square feet and the basement adding 1,782 square feet to the overall square footage of the home.

Directly upon front entry, the home office and guest suite flank the foyer with the guest powder room nestled close by. The living room and kitchen are separated by the floor-to-ceiling- fireplace; however, there is still great flow between the two. The island kitchen and dining area run right into one another and offer access to the covered patio.
