About This Plan

This traditional home features a gorgeous exterior façade covered in stone, lap siding, cedar shake and stick work in the gables. A stone staircase with open railing leads to the inviting front covered porch which features a beautiful front door outlined with decorative window openings. An expansive interior floor plan features elegant amenities, great family space and a daylight basement with additional square footage. A spacious foyer opens onto the formal dining room and provides access to the private study through French doors; this space could also function as a fifth bedroom with its walk-in closet and access to a full bath and linen closet.
